Hi, I’m Tammy — Nurse, Coach, and Advocate for Your Well-Being

I understand nurse burnout not just professionally — I’ve lived it.

I know what it feels like to:

  • Give everything to your patients while having nothing left for yourself
  • Push through exhaustion because “that’s just how nursing is”
  • Question your calling while feeling guilty for even asking the question
  • Wonder if the only way to survive is to leave nursing altogether

For years, I did what so many nurses do — I coped, I pushed, I minimized my own needs. Until my body, mind, and spirit told me something had to change.

That moment became a turning point.

Not away from nursing — but toward a healthier, more sustainable way of living and working within it.


What Makes My Approach Different

I am a board-certified nurse coach with over two decades of experience in nursing. I blend clinical insight with evidence-based coaching, mindfulness, and whole-person well-being practices.

But more than credentials, what sets my work apart is this:

I don’t believe nurses need to be “fixed.”
I believe nurses need support, space, and tools that actually work in real life.

  • Compassionate, not prescriptive
  • Practical, not overwhelming
  • Grounded in real nursing realities
  • Focused on sustainable change — not quick fixes

This is not about toxic positivity or pushing through one more shift.
It’s about learning how to care for yourself with the same dedication you give to others.
