"Tammy came into my life at the perfect time (probably one of the most stressful years of my life thus far, lol). Before meeting her I was kind of lost, in a funk, not really sure what direction to take at all… just feeling completely stuck and lost in life. I was extremely unhappy in my job, too scared to leave, too scared to invest in myself, and just unsure of myself. My time with Tammy I feel like has really changed my perception. She encouraged me, supported me, loved me like a little sister, and helped me realize so many different ways to get unstuck. She held space for me with kindness, empathy, and without judgement. She asked me tough questions that made me dig deep and really think, and even offered plenty of solutions for me that we worked through together. Now, I can say I’m happily in a new job role and working on another as we speak. Things in my life outside of work feel much more aligned and I’m working towards the life I’ve always envisioned for myself. Working with Tammy was taking a stand for the life I wanted to create. I absolutely recommend if you’re wanting to take a step to change your mindset and your life! "

"When I started working with Tammy I had recently finished my first year of sobriety and was just starting to get into the work of what normal life would look like now. While I had made progress in some areas in the year prior, there was a lot of ground lost in other areas while I had been focused on the critical changes to keep me alive. I wanted to take the principles I had been working on all the way through and achieve not only physical sobriety but also emotional sobriety, including mastering other self destructive patterns that I was not necessarily even aware of. The work we did together was focused on how to move forward in all the other areas of my life in the same spirit, especially with regard to physical, emotional and mental well being and balance.
From the very beginning, Tammy was able to provide exactly the external perspective I needed to identify patterns I was missing and to call them out in a gentle but firm way that enabled progress forward. As a result, I have enacted sustainable diet and exercise changes that are delivering the health and discipline goals I have sought after for years in ways that I enjoy and feel good about. However, the biggest area our work impacted was one that I had not even realized needed attention: the way that I have regarded myself in the past has not been particularly kind and the language I had been using to talk to myself still reflected that. While I thought I had moved past that, Tammy was able to help me realize that the patterns and behavior were still there and had not been dismantled as much as I thought. Through our time together I was able to learn how to identify these patterns and to redirect and counteract them and eventually to markedly reduce them. It’s not enough to learn to love yourself, you have to practice it actively to achieve real change and that is what we did. As a result I’ve begun developing new habits that are lending themselves to a life where I can take care of myself with love and compassion in line with my core values and purpose.
Tammy is a loving soul who puts all of herself into engaging and developing your best self with you. Her communication is always honest, direct and compassionate and her practice of never pulling punches (and never needing to) is my absolute favorite part of working with her. I have often attempted to work things out myself and found myself eventually spinning in circles slowly or quickly, one way or the other. Self help can often feel like an echo chamber and unfortunately I’ve worked with some professionals that didn’t seem to offer much better. I’m so grateful to have worked with Tammy and had such an opposite experience and made so much progress in so many areas of my life. I would absolutely recommend working with Tammy to reach whatever goals you have that you have not been able to reach. If you are ready to elevate your vibration, life, energy, etc… Tammy can help you get there, what are you waiting for?"

"Tammy helped me to reset, refocus, readjust, and restart a few times during our time together. She taught me how to embrace the journey and to give myself grace.
I truly felt heard for the first time in a long time.
I was burned out, I wanted to quit being a nurse, I wanted to quit a lot of things, but I pivoted and was able to learn to love nursing again. I can't thank Tammy enough for her time and energy. Such a pure soul and good egg."

"I was beginning this nurse coach journey and I didn't know much about mindfulness. I heard about it here and there but I never really paid much attention to it. Sitting down and taking time to decompress with you helped me out so much! I was able to release any stress, forget about my daily stressors and have time for just myself!
Anyone who is looking for more mindfulness in their life....by anyone, I think everyone should be doing it!!! If we all did 5 minutes a day, our world would be better for it! Thank you so much for your time. I wish you luck on this new journey!"
